Our Athletic Recovery System carefully considers the different physical requirements and movement patterns of athletes in particular positions, in each particular sport. This is important, because the consequences of the repetitive movements has on the body are different based on these variables.

Balance Sequence and Twist (21 minutes): A focused session combining standing poses to create a strong foundation as an Athlete. Improve: athleticism, balance, concentration, focus, and reduce injures.
